Timco Broaching Cutter – Short, M2 Steel, 33mm x 30mm
High-grade M2 steel broaching cutter with TiAIN coating for reduced friction & extended durability. Includes pilot pin.
The Timco Broaching Cutter is a high-performance cutting tool designed for heavy-duty drilling applications in non-alloy materials. Manufactured from high-grade M2 tool steel, it ensures durability and precision when used with magnetic drills. To prevent drifting, a pilot rod must be used for optimal performance.
This cutter features a Titanium-Aluminium-Nitride (TiAIN) coating, which reduces friction by 20% and increases hardness by 20% compared to standard Titanium Nitride (TiN) coatings, ensuring a significantly longer service life. The M2 High-Speed Steel (HSS) body enhances resistance to wear and tear, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications. The cutter is supplied complete with a pilot pin for immediate use.
