Manufactured from A2 stainless steel, these screws are perfect for use in environments requiring high resistance to corrosion, particularly when fixing to softwoods, hardwood (pre-drilled), chipboard, MDF, and plastic. They are especially recommended for materials with inherent corrosive characteristics, such as Green Oak.
Key features include a double countersunk head, which reduces the likelihood of head shear and aids in completing the countersinking process. The 40° deep single thread ensures a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance, while the single slash on 25mm+ lengths reduces torque and minimises the risk of timber splitting when inserting the screw near the edge.
These screws are designed to meet rigorous standards, offering durability and reliability. All sizes up to and including 75mm are fully threaded, while lengths 80mm and above feature a 70mm thread length for optimal hold.
