Versatile Timco screws for hardwood, MDF & more. Corrosion-resistant, strong & easy to install. 200 pieces per pack.
The Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screws are expertly designed for use in a variety of materials, including hardwood, chipboard, MDF, plastic, and thin sheet metal. Their sharp 25° point and special thread design ensure quick, effortless insertion and exceptional holding power. The screws are also corrosion-resistant, thanks to their zinc and yellow plating, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Key features include a double countersunk head, which reduces the likelihood of head shear and aids in countersinking. The patented lubrication enhances screw insertion speed and provides additional corrosion resistance. With a surface hardness of up to 750 HV, these screws resist torque shearing under load, while the core hardness of 450 HV improves ductility.
Below the head, the screws feature a 40° deep single thread for secure fixing and high pull-out resistance. Sizes up to and including 75mm are fully threaded, while lengths of 80mm and above have a 70mm thread length. These screws are compatible with a PZ2 driver bit for precise installation.
