Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screws, PZ, Double Countersunk, 6.0×100mm, 100pcs
Versatile Timco screws (6.0×100mm, PZ, 100pcs) for wood, MDF & metal. Corrosion-resistant with double countersunk heads.
The Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screws are engineered for versatile use, offering outstanding performance in hardwood, chipboard, MDF, plastic, and thin sheet metal applications. Featuring a 25° sharp point and a special thread design, these screws ensure efficient insertion and exceptional holding power. The screws are lubricated and corrosion-resistant, thanks to their high-quality plating, making them durable and reliable in various conditions.
Key features include:
- Double countersunk head – Reduces the likelihood of head shear and aids in countersinking.
- Patented lubrication – Enhances screw insertion time while providing greater resistance to corrosion.
- 40° deep single thread – Ensures a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance.
- Surface hardened to 750 HV – Prevents torque shearing under load, while the core hardness (450 HV) improves ductility for better stability.
- 25° sharp point with single slash (25mm+) – Reduces torque and minimises wood splitting, especially when inserted near edges.
These screws are fully threaded up to 75mm, while longer screws (80mm+) have a 70mm thread length for optimal grip. The zinc & yellow finish enhances durability, making them an ideal choice for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals.
