Timco M2 HSS Broaching Cutter with TiAIN Coating, 18x50mm
High-grade M2 HSS broaching cutter with TiAIN coating for heavy-duty drilling. Includes pilot pin, 50mm cutting depth.
The Timco M2 HSS Broaching Cutter is engineered for drilling heavy gauge non-alloy materials using magnetic drills. It is essential to use the supplied pilot rod to prevent drifting during operation, ensuring precision and accuracy. Crafted from high-grade M2 HSS (High Speed Steel), this cutter is built for durability and high performance.
A Titanium-Aluminium-Nitride (TiAIN) coating enhances its lifespan by reducing friction by 20% and increasing hardness by 20% compared to standard Titanium Nitride (TiN) coatings. This makes it ideal for demanding drilling applications. The broaching cutter comes complete with a pilot pin for stability.
