Durable Timco self-drilling screws for wood-to-metal (5mm). Wing-tip, corrosion-resistant, countersunk. Pack of 200.
The Timco Metal Construction Screws are specially engineered for fast and efficient timber-to-metal applications. These screws feature a self-drilling point (No. 3) and wing-tip design, allowing them to ream out wood effortlessly while maximising RPM without burnout. When the wings reach metal, they break off, enabling the coarse self-tapping thread to cut into metal (up to 5mm thick). The exterior-grade silver organic plating ensures outstanding corrosion resistance, with the coating enduring up to 500 hours in salt-spray tests.
With a Phillips recess and ribbed countersunk head, these screws ensure a secure, flush finish. Made from case-hardened carbon steel, they offer superior strength and durability for heavy-duty construction tasks. Their dimensions make them perfect for timber ranging between 29mm to 43mm in thickness.
