Each screw is surface hardened up to 750 HV to prevent torque shearing under load, while maintaining a core hardness of up to 450 HV for improved ductility - giving you the perfect balance of strength and flexibility.
The 60° twin-thread design with parallel shank provides both faster insertion and greater pull-out resistance compared to standard woodscrews. The 25° sharp point and single lead design allows for quick starts and improved thread acceptance in both hard and soft woods.
With their round head design, these screws are ideal for clamping to flat surfaces or when a high aesthetic finish is required. The PZ (Pozidriv) recess ensures superior torque transfer and reduced cam-out compared to standard crosshead screws.
