Timco Ziel-Plast ETX-M Insulation Fixings 8.0x295mm (100pc)
Steel-pin insulation fixings for ETICS. CE-approved, thermal-bridge-free design. Compatible with concrete, brick & block.
The Timco Ziel-Plast ETX-M Insulation Fixings are high-performance hammer-in fixings designed specifically for external thermal insulation systems. Featuring a steel pin with a polypropylene insulator, these fixings eliminate thermal bridges while providing robust anchoring in concrete, brick, and block substrates.
Engineered for efficiency, these fixings offer shorter anchoring zones (25mm & 45mm) and are specifically designed to reduce installation time, making them ideal for large-scale projects. They also maintain compatibility with the TDW110 Insulation Fixing Washer, ensuring secure installation even with softer materials like insulation wool.
Quality Assurance:
- CE-approved to Regulation (EU) 305/2011
- Third-party tested (ETA-23/0351)
Rigorous testing confirms their durability, with an impact-resistant head and galvanised steel pin for long-term corrosion resistance. The white polypropylene sleeve blends discreetly into insulation systems while maintaining structural integrity.
