Ideal for both new construction and renovation projects, it bonds securely with masonry, cement, concrete, plaster, mortars, and renders. Once applied, surfaces can be overcoated with any water-based masonry or conventional paints. For solvent-based polyurethane or epoxy paints, a water-based exterior primer must be applied first.
