The UNION 2201 5 Lever Mortice Sashlock combines high security with a brass finish, making it ideal for timber doors hinged on either the left or right side. Designed to fit doors up to 54mm thick, it features a 12.5mm anti-saw deadbolt that can be locked or unlocked by key from either side. The latch bolt is operated by a lever handle from either side and is easily reversible from outside the case.
This sashlock comes with covered escutcheons that match the forend, providing a cohesive aesthetic. The striking plate is also finished to match the forend, ensuring a seamless look. The lock is pierced to accept bolt-through furniture for added security.
The deadbolt is brass with hardened steel rollers, offering enhanced durability. The Rebate Kit 2989 (available in 13, 19, or 25mm sizes) allows for flexible installation. The keying system uses 600 standard differs, with keys unnumbered for security.
