Dormer A002 HSS-TiN Coated Jobber Drill Bit 8.5mm
Dormer A002 8.5mm HSS-TiN coated jobber drill bit for precise, high-speed drilling in metals and ductile materials.
The Dormer A002 HSS-TiN Coated Jobber Drill Bit offers exceptional performance with its precision-engineered design and advanced coating. These drill bits feature a pointed web and fluted tip design for efficient cutting, requiring reduced axial force while ensuring accurate centring. The optimised web design enhances strength and rigidity, improving feed during operation, while the flutes ensure efficient chip formation and evacuation.
Visible tool markings allow for easy identification during use. The optimised helix angle provides greater stiffness across the entire diameter range, ensuring stability in various applications. The bright body design improves cutting performance on ductile materials, while the Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating resists flank and crater wear, reducing friction and enabling higher cutting speeds.
