Everbuild Everflex 450 Builders Silicone Sealant, White, 300ml

The Everbuild Everflex® 450 Builders Silicone Sealant is a premium low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone sealant that adheres to both porous and non-porous surfaces without priming. Conforming to BS5889, this high-viscosity sealant offers excellent tooling properties and cures quickly to form a permanently flexible, waterproof seal.

Its unique formulation ensures low dirt pick-up, maintaining a clean appearance while delivering superior flexibility and waterproofing for professional results. Unlike conventional low modulus sealants, it cures faster and remains durable in various conditions.
