Faithfull Tile Max Porcelain Drill Bit, 5 x 85mm
Premium tungsten tile drill bit for porcelain, ceramic & stone. Asymmetric tip reduces cracking. 5mm x 85mm size.
The Faithfull Tile Max Porcelain Drill Bit features a newly designed asymmetric tip, diamond ground from high-quality tungsten carbide for exceptional durability and performance. This innovative design allows you to drill through a wide range of tough materials including PEI 5 class porcelain, ceramics, fine stoneware, marble, concrete, engineering brick, and even granite.
The asymmetric drill design reduces resistance by 25%, ensuring precise drilling starts with no wandering. This significantly lowers the chance of cracking or chipping, depending on the tile type, resulting in perfectly formed round holes every time.
Faithfull's advanced low-stress, high-temperature brazing method ensures the tungsten tip stays securely attached to the shank even under extreme drilling conditions. The triangular-shaped shank prevents slippage in the drill chuck, while deep and wide fluting maximises spoil removal for efficient drilling.
