ForgeFix ForgeFast TORX® Wood Screws ZY 5.0 x 60mm, Box of 100
High-performance ForgeFix wood screws with TORX® drive, anti-corrosion coating & reduced splitting. Includes free bit.
The ForgeFix ForgeFast Wood Screws are designed for elite performance in woodworking applications, featuring a TORX® compatible drive for improved torque transmission and reduced cam-out. These screws are engineered to deliver superior holding power with their reinforced countersunk necks and recessed ribs that facilitate better countersinking while minimising surface dust.
A patented drill and drive thread reduces timber splitting and prevents 'jacking' or spinning of joined timber, ensuring a firmer, more secure fix with increased pull-out resistance. The sharp screw point allows for faster bite and can even pierce 0.8mm steel, making them highly versatile for various applications.
These screws are coated with Elementech 400, an anti-corrosive finish that lasts up to 6 times longer than standard zinc coatings. This environmentally friendly coating is free from Cr6+ and has been Salt Spray tested to 400 hours for durability. Each box includes a free TORX® compatible bit for immediate use.
Ideal for interior woodworking projects, these screws combine high performance, durability, and ease of use, making them a reliable choice for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts.
