ForgeFix Square Plate Washer ZP 50mm x 50mm x 16mm - Pack of 10
Heavy-duty 50×50mm zinc plated square washers for structural timber projects. Pack of 10 with superior corrosion resistance.
The ForgeFix Square Plate Washers are specially designed for heavy-duty fastening applications where structural integrity is crucial. Their square shape provides a larger surface area compared to traditional round washers, ensuring even load distribution under bolt heads when securing structural timber in joist work, decking and other construction applications.
These washers feature bright zinc plating that significantly enhances corrosion resistance - an essential feature for outdoor construction projects or applications exposed to moisture. The zinc plating forms a protective barrier while also acting as a sacrificial anode if the coating becomes damaged, ensuring long-lasting protection against rust and oxidation.
