Timco Metal Timber to Steel Screws, Countersunk, 4.2x38mm, Zinc (200 Pack)
Timco zinc-plated self-drilling screws for wood-to-steel fastening. No pre-drilling needed, 200 pieces per pack.
Designed for securely fastening wood to light section steel (maximum 3mm thickness), the Timco Metal Construction Timber to Light Section Screws feature a coarse self-tapping thread with wing-tip design to ensure effortless installation. The wings ream out the timber to maximise RPM without burning, then break off when they hit the metal, allowing the screw to self-tap into the steel.
