The 25° sharp point ensures fast start-up and improved thread acceptance, while the 60° twin-threads with a parallel shank provide quicker insertion and enhanced grip.
The double countersunk head design minimises the risk of head shear and helps complete countersinking cleanly. Surface hardening up to 750 HV prevents torque shearing under load, with a core hardness of 450 HV ensuring optimal ductility under stress.
