The UNION StrongBOLT 22EU Euro Sashlock is a high-quality mortice sashlock designed for timber doors, whether hinged on the left or right. Suitable for doors up to 54mm thick, this lock ensures robust security with its Euro profile cylinder compatibility. The deadbolt can be locked or unlocked via key or cylinder turn, providing convenience alongside its secure 14mm positive deadlocking mechanism.

Engineered for enhanced protection, the JL22 StrongBOLT Sashlock features hardened steel pins to resist sawing attacks. Additionally, the chamfered bolt design improves performance under side load testing. The lock incorporates Union’s SwitchLatch technology, allowing for tool-free installation with its easily reversible radius latch. This makes it ideal for retrofitting into existing UK mortices without requiring additional carpentry work.

The anti-rattle adjustable strike ensures precise on-site tuning, while the radius plastic inner offers a professional finish. The powder-coated steel case (red), zinc latch bolt, and brass-finished forend combine durability with an attractive design. It includes two nickel-plated steel keys and can be supplied keyed alike or to differ for added flexibility.
