Cut clean, burr-free holes in sheet metal with the Q.Max 16mm punch. Heat-treated, corrosion-resistant, and easy to use.
The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch 16mm offers a quick and efficient solution for cutting clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures an even load distribution during cutting, resulting in a burr-free hole that requires no additional finishing. The heat-treated cutting edges and black anti-corrosive surface finish enhance durability and prevent rusting.
Punches are sold singly without a key, which must be ordered separately. To use, thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw, pass the screw through the hole, and position the die on top of the die nut. Screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet. Use a 6mm hexagonal key to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a hole.

Note: Instructions apply to cutters up to 15mm in size. Larger cutters (15mm and over) have a different configuration with fewer components; the thread is in the punch, eliminating the need for a die nut.
