Its special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, resulting in burr-free holes that require no additional finishing. The heat-treated cutting edges feature a black anti-corrosive surface finish, preventing rust and ensuring long-lasting durability.
How to Use
- Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
- Pass the hexagonal screw through the hole in the metal sheet.
- Position the die on top of the die nut.
- Screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
- Use a 10mm hexagonal wrench to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a clean hole.
Note: These instructions apply to cutters up to 15mm in size. Larger cutters (15mm and over) have a different configuration, with fewer components—the thread is in the punch, eliminating the need for a die nut.
