Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch, 51mm, Hex Key Required

The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch offers a quick and efficient solution for cutting clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, resulting in smooth, burr-free holes that require no additional finishing.

This punch features heat-treated cutting edges for increased durability and a black anti-corrosive surface finish to prevent rust, ensuring long-term performance even in demanding environments. Please note that this punch is sold singly, and a hexagonal key (10mm) must be purchased separately for operation.

How It Works:

• Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
• Pass the hexagonal screw through the hole in the material.
• Position the die and screw the die nut onto the projecting screw until it touches the metal sheet.
• Use the hex key to turn the hexagonal screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a clean hole.

Important Note: Instructions provided apply to cutters up to 15mm. For larger sizes (15mm and above), the configuration differs. Larger punches have fewer components, with the thread integrated directly into the punch, eliminating the need for a separate die nut.
