The punch features heat-treated cutting edges for extended durability and a black anti-corrosive surface finish to prevent rusting, making it ideal for use in harsh or humid environments. Please note that the hexagonal key (ME. 14mm) is sold separately and should be ordered if not already available.
How to Use:
- Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw and pass the screw through the desired hole location.
- Position the die on the die nut, then screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it contacts the metal sheet.
- Use a hexagonal key to turn the screw, pulling the punch smoothly through the metal to create a precise hole.
For larger cutters (15mm and above), the configuration differs—these punches have an internal thread and do not require a die nut.
