Durable Q.Max 60mm punch cuts clean holes in sheet metal. Heat-treated, anti-corrosion finish. Requires 14mm key (sold separately).
The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch 60mm provides a quick and effortless solution for cutting clean, precise holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its specially designed mechanism ensures even load distribution during cutting, resulting in a smooth, burr-free hole that requires no additional finishing.
Featuring heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch is built to resist rust and maintain sharpness over extended use. Each punch is sold individually, with the hexagonal key (ME 14mm) required for operation sold separately.
How to Use
Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw, then pass the screw through the desired hole location. Position the die on the die nut and tighten the assembly until it touches the metal sheet. Using a hexagonal key, turn the screw to pull the punch through the metal, creating a clean hole.
Note: For punches 15mm and above, the configuration differs slightly—these models lack a die nut, as the thread is integrated into the punch itself.
Choose the Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch for durable, high-quality performance in metalworking applications.
