Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch, 64mm, Hexagonal Key Operated

The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch is designed to create clean, burr-free holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge with minimal effort. Its specialised design ensures even load distribution during cutting, eliminating the need for additional finishing work. The heat-treated cutting edges and anti-corrosive black surface finish enhance durability and prevent rust, making it a reliable tool for professional and DIY use.

How It Works

Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw and pass it through the pre-drilled hole. Position the die on the die nut, then tighten until it contacts the metal sheet. Using a 14mm hexagonal wrench, turn the screw to pull the punch through the material, leaving a precise, smooth hole.

Note: For cutters ≤15mm, follow standard instructions (includes die nut). For cutters >15mm, the thread is integrated into the punch, omitting the die nut.
