Dormer Solid Carbide Rotary Burr, Bright Pointed Tree, 9.6x6mm
High-performance Dormer solid carbide rotary burr with bright pointed tree design for precision machining. 9.6mm diameter, 6mm shank.
The Dormer P813 Solid Carbide Rotary Burr features a bright pointed tree ball nose geometry designed for skip flute grinding, offering increased strength at the centre. Its design ensures reduced swarf congestion and an improved cutting action closer to the centre, making it highly efficient for machining tasks.
This burr produces double cuts, making it an excellent first choice for general machining applications. It offers improved ease of control, an increased metal removal rate, and breaks swarf into manageable pieces for smoother operation.
Constructed with toughened and hardened steel shanks, this rotary burr provides exceptional rigidity and strength, preventing bending and reducing vibrations for an extended tool life. It is ground to h6 (Carbide) and h7 (Steel) standards, ensuring high precision.
This burr boasts excellent impact strength, enabling it to withstand high forces and elevated temperatures without failure. Special brazing elements provide superior braze strength, further enhancing durability and performance.
