Dormer Solid Carbide Rotary Burr - Cylinder without Endcut 8x6mm
Dormer solid carbide rotary burr (8x6mm) for efficient machining, high metal removal rates & durability in tough conditions.
The Dormer P801 Solid Carbide Rotary Burrs feature cylinders without endcuts and produce double cuts, making them the first choice for general machining. They improve ease of control, increase metal removal rates, and break swarf into manageable pieces for efficient work.
These burrs are equipped with toughened and hardened steel shanks that provide exceptional rigidity and strength. This design minimizes bending and reduces vibrations, significantly improving tool life. The burrs are ground to h6 (Carbide) and h7 (Steel) precision standards.
With excellent impact strength, these burrs can withstand high forces and elevated temperatures without failing. Special brazing elements enhance braze strength, ensuring long-lasting durability even under rigorous conditions.
