ForgeFix ForgeFast Pozi Wood Screws 4.0 x 70mm, Pack of 600
High-performance ForgeFix wood screws with Pozi drive, anti-corrosion coating & anti-friction thread. Ideal for interior/exterior use. Pack of 600.
The ForgeFix ForgeFast Pozi Compatible Elite Performance Wood Screws are designed for professional and DIY applications, offering superior performance and durability. These high-quality screws feature a Pozi-compatible drive for universal acceptance and ease of use, making them ideal for a wide range of woodworking projects.
With 6 underhead lobes for improved countersinking and reduced surface dust, these screws ensure a clean and secure fit. The reinforced countersunk necks enhance holding power, providing reliable fastening for your projects. The anti-friction thread design minimises timber splitting, reduces 'jacking' and spinning, and improves drawing strength. Additionally, the serrated thread enhances pull-out resistance and reduces torque during insertion, making them easier to drive.
These screws feature a double cutting point for faster drilling and reduced wood dust clogging. Remarkably, they can pierce through 0.8mm steel, adding versatility to their applications. The environmentally friendly 'Elementech 400' coating offers exceptional anti-corrosion resistance, lasting up to six times longer than standard zinc coatings. It is free from Cr6+ and has been salt spray tested for 400 hours, ensuring long-lasting performance in both interior and exterior environments.
