Timco M20 x 160mm Zinc Throughbolts, 10-Pack
High-strength M20 x 160mm zinc throughbolts for concrete anchoring. Includes hex nut & washer. Pack of 10. Corrosion-resistant finish.
The Timco M20 x 160mm Zinc Throughbolts are a versatile and robust solution for anchoring applications in concrete. Designed with a chamfered head to protect the thread during installation, these throughbolts ensure a secure and damage-free fit. The zinc plating and passivation (3-5 microns) provide excellent corrosion resistance, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Manufactured from cold-formed carbon steel (grade 5.8), these throughbolts offer high tensile strength and durability. The special expansion clip allows for rapid installation, saving time and effort on-site.
Key Features:
- Chamfered head design to protect threads during installation
- Zinc-plated and passivated for enhanced corrosion resistance
- Made from grade 5.8 carbon steel for superior strength
- Includes hex full nut and washer for a complete fixing solution
- Special expansion clip enables quick and easy installation
For optimal performance, ensure the nut is tightened 3 to 4 full turns from finger tight if a torque wrench is unavailable. These throughbolts are ideal for applications requiring a high-strength, torque-controlled fixing in concrete.
