This high-performance formula blocks stubborn stains such as water stains, mildew, nicotine, oil stains, and marker pen marks. It also seals porous surfaces with excellent enamel holdout, preventing bleeding from knots and sap streaks. Additionally, B.I.N permanently neutralises odours from smoke, fire damage, pets, and nicotine. Its dried film is non-toxic and hypo-allergenic, making it suitable for areas where incidental food contact may occur.
