The Zinsser B-I-N® Primer, Sealer & Stain Killer Paint is a premium, shellac-based solution designed to provide superior adhesion and stain-blocking properties. This versatile product is ideal for both interior surfaces and spot priming of exterior surfaces, offering exceptional performance without the need for scuff sanding.

One of its standout features is its ability to adhere to glossy surfaces, including glass, while effectively blocking stubborn stains such as water marks, mildew, nicotine, oil, and marker pen stains. The high-adhesion shellac formula also seals porous surfaces, preventing bleed-through from knots and sap streaks. Additionally, it permanently blocks odours from smoke, fire damage, pets, and nicotine, making it perfect for renovation projects.

B-I-N® is non-toxic once dried, allowing for safe use in areas where incidental food contact may occur. It can be applied using an airless sprayer, brush, conventional sprayer, or roller, making it highly versatile for various projects. Recommended applications include interior ceilings, walls, doors, and spot priming on exterior metal, trims, PVC, and wood.
