The Zinsser B.I.N Primer, Sealer & Stain Killer Paint is a premium shellac-based solution designed for interior surfaces and spot priming on exterior surfaces. With exceptional adhesion, it bonds to glossy surfaces—including glass—without requiring scuff sanding. This versatile product effectively blocks stubborn stains like water marks, mildew, nicotine, oil, and marker pen stains. Its high-adhesion shellac formula seals porous surfaces, preventing bleeding knots and sap streaks.
B-I-N also excels at permanently eliminating odours from smoke, fire damage, pets, and nicotine. The dried film is non-toxic and hypo-allergenic, making it safe for areas where incidental food contact may occur. Apply effortlessly using an airless sprayer, brush, conventional sprayer, or roller. Perfect for interior ceilings, walls, doors, and other paintable surfaces, as well as exterior metal, trims, PVC, and wood.
