The Flex PXE 80 10.8-EC Spot Polisher is a versatile and powerful tool designed for both rotary and random orbital polishing. Its innovative, tool-free, quick-change system allows for seamless switching between drive types, enhancing workflow efficiency. The brushless motor provides increased efficiency and longer service life, while the constant speed control and continuous speed control trigger ensure a smooth and gentle start. A lock-on function facilitates continuous operation without strain.
Featuring 4 speed stages (800–11,600 rpm), the polisher’s settings are easily adjustable via an intuitive LED display. The advanced electronic management system (EMS) safeguards the tool, optimising performance and durability. Ergonomically designed, it boasts soft-grip surfaces for comfortable handling and flexible grip options. Vibration control and a shock protection ring minimize operator fatigue and protect sensitive surfaces during use.
The polisher includes special cushioned Hook & Loop pads for polishing and grinding, and supports 80mm polishing pads with a 75mm back-up pad. Lightweight at 0.63kg (without battery), it is ideal for vehicle refinishers, varnishers, and spot repairs.
