The HAMMOND IP65 Die Cast Aluminium Instrument Enclosure combines robust construction with high-performance protection against environmental factors. Designed as part of the 1590 series, this general-purpose enclosure offers superior water-tight and dust-resistant performance, making it ideal for a variety of demanding applications.
Featuring a lap joint construction, it effectively prevents dust ingress and resists splashing water, while its improved EMI/RFI shielding enhances protection against electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference. The low side wall draft angle (2° or less) enables straightforward P.C. board mounting, ensuring a hassle-free installation process.
This small enclosure is constructed from die-cast aluminium, providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance. It comes with pre-tapped holes and included screws for easy mounting. Its natural finish ensures a clean, professional appearance suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
