This innovative device measures the surface temperature of your workpiece in real-time, ensuring optimal working conditions and preventing damage from excessive heat or insufficient curing. An acoustic alert sounds immediately when temperatures exceed or drop below your preset ideal range, while a colour-coded LED display provides visual feedback—red indicates overheating, green signifies the ideal temperature, and blue shows when the material is too cold.
Designed for seamless integration with Steinel hot air tools (models HL1920E, 2020E, HG2120E, and HG2320E), the HL Scan offers customisable warning tolerance ranges to suit different materials and applications. Users can also deactivate visual/audio alerts if preferred. Its compact design allows for easy mounting and operation at the recommended 15cm distance from workpieces.
