Featuring heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch offers long-lasting durability and rust resistance. It is sold singly, and the required hexagonal key should be ordered separately.
How to Use
- Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
- Pass the hexagonal screw through the hole where the cut is needed.
- Position the die on top of the die nut and screw the die nut onto the hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
- Use a 6mm hexagonal key to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a clean hole.
Note: These instructions apply to punches up to 15mm in size. Larger cutters (15mm and above) have a different configuration with fewer components, as the thread is integrated into the punch itself, eliminating the need for a die nut.
