Q.Max 52mm Sheet Metal Punch

The Q.Max 52mm Sheet Metal Punch provides a quick and efficient solution for cutting clean metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, producing a burr-free hole that requires no additional finishing, saving you time and effort.

Featuring heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch resists rust, ensuring long-lasting durability even in demanding environments. Each punch is sold singly, and a hexagonal wrench (ME 14mm) must be ordered separately for operation.

How to Use

• Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
• Pass the hexagonal screw through the hole in the sheet metal.
• Position the die on top of the die nut and screw the die nut onto the hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
• Use the hexagonal key to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a clean hole.

Note: These instructions are for cutters up to 15mm in size. Larger cutters (15mm and over) have a different configuration with fewer components, where the thread is in the punch itself, eliminating the need for a die nut.
