Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch, 50mm

The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch offers a quick and efficient solution for cutting clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its unique design ensures an even load distribution during cutting, resulting in burr-free holes that require no additional finishing.

Featuring heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch is built to resist rust and ensure long-lasting performance. Note that all punches are sold individually, and the hexagonal wrench (key) must be ordered separately.

Instructions for Use (Cutters up to 15mm):

• Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
• Pass the hexagonal screw through the hole in the metal sheet.
• Position the die on top of the die nut.
• Screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
• Use a 10mm hexagonal wrench to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a hole.

For cutters 15mm and larger, the configuration differs—these models feature a built-in thread in the punch, eliminating the need for a separate die nut.
