Bailey 3590 Drain Tracing Dye - Red is a water-soluble dye specifically formulated to trace the direction of water flow in pipes, drains, and other water systems. Ideal for plumbing professionals and maintenance teams, this dye provides a clear visual indicator, making it easier to diagnose flow direction and identify leaks or blockages.
To achieve optimal results, dissolve the required amount of dye in approximately five litres of clean water before introducing it into the system. One 8oz (200g) jar is sufficient for treating up to 15,000 litres (3,300 gallons) of clean water. Note that heavily soiled or contaminated water may require a higher concentration of dye for effective tracing.
