The CAMDENBOSS IP54 Black ABS Handheld Enclosure is a durable and versatile solution for electronic projects requiring robust protection. Moulded in UL94 5VA flame retardant ABS, it ensures safety and reliability in various environments. The enclosure is secured by four self-tapping screws, providing a firm hold for your components.
Featuring a removable end panel, this enclosure allows for easy access and machining. It comes with an ABS end panel as standard, with an infrared end panel available upon request. The built-in battery compartment is designed for a 9V PP3 battery, complete with included battery contacts and strap for convenience. For projects not requiring battery storage, a plain version (no battery compartment) is also available to order.
The textured lid ensures a consistent surface finish, while the PCB pillars moulded into the lid and base provide secure mounting for your circuit boards. A recess in the base accommodates product labels for easy identification. Additionally, the enclosure includes rubber silicone boots with a belt strap mount, making it ideal for portable applications.
