The Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Flap Disc is designed for heavy-duty grinding applications, offering superior performance and durability. With 72 flaps, this disc enables fast stock removal while minimising the risk of gouging or discolouration, ensuring a smooth and consistent surface finish.
The lightweight disc design reduces operator fatigue and enhances control, making it easier to achieve precise results. Compared to traditional grinding discs, the layered design runs cooler and quieter, with reduced vibration and glazing for improved comfort during prolonged use.
This flap disc benefits from a significantly longer lifespan—up to 30 times longer than standard fibre discs—thanks to its self-sharpening flaps that reduce the need for frequent disc changes. The slightly conical shape is perfect for grinding at 15-25 degree angles on contoured surfaces, providing versatility in various grinding tasks.
Ideal for use with angle grinders, this 40 Grit Aluminium Oxide Flap Disc is well-suited for rough grinding and finishing applications on materials such as mild steel, carbon steel, and alloys.
