The HAMMOND IP67 ABS Enclosure is an ideal housing solution for printed circuit boards (PCBs) and DIN rail-mounted components. Constructed from high-quality ABS plastic with a UL94 HB flammability rating, this enclosure ensures durability and protection for sensitive electronic components.
The gasketed lid features a 'tongue & groove' construction to safeguard against dust, oil, and water ingress, making it suitable for a variety of industrial environments. The enclosure meets IP66, NEMA 4, 4X, 12, and 13 ratings, providing robust protection against harsh conditions.
Secured with self-captivating M4 stainless steel machine screws, the lid ensures a tight and reliable seal. The internal DIN rail mounting tabs (except models 1554CGY & 1554DGY) add versatility for component installation. However, this enclosure is not recommended for outdoor use.
