Master Lock Lockout Gate Valve Cover is designed to provide high-level security and safety for gate valves, ensuring accidental operation is prevented. Crafted from Zenex™ composite, this cover is built to withstand exposure to harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures ranging from -57°C to +177°C.

The innovative patented rotating design allows for easier installation, especially in confined spaces or around insulated pipes. It completely surrounds the valve handle, offering robust protection against unauthorised access.

A centre knockout can be removed to accommodate rising stem gate valves, enhancing its versatility. Additionally, the device can be secured with up to two padlocks, providing an extra layer of security.

For clear hazard communication, a pre-installed 'Danger DO NOT OPERATE' label is included. Ideal for industrial and commercial settings, this lockout cover ensures compliance with safety protocols while protecting critical valve systems.
